MiniArt – German Sitting Civilians 30’s-40’s

German Sitting Civilians 30’s-40’s

Scale – 1/35

Model No. – 38006

By Shawn W. Gehling

This is a very nice set that gives you 5 sitting civilian figures of relaxed positions wearing civilian clothing.

The Kit

Contains 5 sprues with 41 pieces that have little or no flash. There is also a paper product that allows you to make a newspaper or magazines.

It has five figures:  One male figure is older, is wearing an overcoat and leaning on his cane. The other male figure is middle aged, wearing a suit and is reading the newspaper (provided).

All three woman have coats and are carrying hand bags. One woman is older. One woman is middle aged and the last one in a younger woman. All are in relaxed sitting positions and appear to be waiting for a tram or train.

The headgear looks pretty accurate for civilians in Germany during this time period.

It appears that MiniArt has some great looking civilians to fill the very large gap in this area of models. It also gives you the chance to make endless dioramas in Germany before or during the war.

I highly recommend this kit for anyone who enjoys figures and wants to add civilians to their dioramas.   I purchased this kit for $19.99 at a local Hobby Town USA in Lynnwood, Washington.
